Outside Sales Representative
Thank you for your interest in Greenwood Brewing’s Outside Sales Representative Position “OSR”! This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona and will cover the state of Arizona. The OSR will focus on building our relationships with restaurants, bars, taprooms, independent bottleshops, and grocery/retail stores, in order to help fulfill growth goals both for them and for us. This position is critical for the growth of Greenwood Brewing, and is integral for our culture creation, brand recognition, and brand reputation.
This position will report to both the Head of Sales and the Owner. The position will be salaried with commission and will require flexible hours and the ability to work weekends. Sales experience is preferred but not required (any industry).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage outside sales of Greenwood beer and the external Customer’s experience.
Maintain strong relationships with key Greenwood Brewing customers
Quickly responds to sales inquiries and customer/distributor needs
Will exceed the expectations of our Greenwood Brewing customers and customer service
Brainstorms creative ways for Greenwood to grow our sales and reach long term goals
Executes annual and quarterly outside sales goals for Greenwood Brewing, and achieves the determined sales targets.
Organizes, promotes, and executes events on-premise and off-premise with our retail customers
Maintains company culture and safety while out with customers
Manages a sales budget and participates in event annual planning
Merchandising grocery and retail stores, and maintain inventory levels of beer at customer accounts
Continuously stays abreast with market information regarding industry trends, leads, marketing strategies, and upcoming beers
Creatively executes marketing duties and responsibilities.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and must maintain a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 55lbs and move, carry, push/pull 165lbs on a regular basis
- Can operate in the physical demands of brewery labor: standing, squatting, lifting, walking, carrying, seeing and listening
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time driving
- Knows how to operate email, laptop, MS Office & Google products
- This position does not manage people, but is considered a leadership position at Greenwood Brewing.
- This position will be salaried and based on full-time employment.
- This position is performance based on the successful achievement of quarterly and annual sales goals.
