Join us on December 31st for Greenwood Brewing’s first-ever beer dinner featuring the lovely Chef Caila Byrd with Pig + The Peanut and a delectable “La Suerte” Pairing Dinner.
The “La Suerte” Pairing Menu was inspired by the New Year traditions, foods, native ingredients & indegenous people of the bountiful Sonoran Desert. Though many of the region’s most popular dishes have been the result of oppression, they have become an invaluable oral history of a people who exist today, despite cruelty – symbolic of perseverance, resilience, and resolve. New Year’s Eve celebrates those very traits, wishes for prosperity and most importantly, good luck in the New Year. A now Mexican tradition known as Las Doce Uvas de la Suerte does just that – as the clock strikes midnight, and for each bell strike after, one grape is eaten (12 in total) by the participants – for each grape consumed, one for each month of the year, a wish is granted.

This once-in-a-lifetime intimate event will include:

small plate & beer pairing
choice of two entrees with beer pairings for each
choice of two delectable desserts and tasty closing brews
Dinner times will be 5:30-7:30 PM and 8-10 PM. Check-in for 5:30 dinner will be at 5:00PM and check-in for 8:00 dinner will be 7:30PM.
Tables in Greenwood Garden and Greenwood Courtyard will be set for two but can be arranged for more upon request. Included with your ticket is this beautiful meal, beer pairings, and gratuity for this special New Years Eve event. Vegan dinner is available upon request.
Greenwood will be closing following the last dinner, so be sure to plan the ringing of the New Year with your loved ones.
