April D., RYT 200 (registered yoga teacher) will guide you through a 45-min vinyasa flow in the Greenwood Brewing beer garden turned outdoor yoga studio! Good vibes only.

Class is followed with a penny pint ! Show your ticket to your friendly beer-tender for your one-cent brew of choice!

Please bring your own mats (not provided), ID and wear clothes easy to move in.

Originally from Michigan, April has called Phoenix home since 2020 and has fallen in love with our state ever since!

April’s favorite poses would have to be balancing poses as they require all your focus. She also loves a good inversion of any kind too! April loves teaching yoga because it simply helps so many people celebrate their uniqueness through movement.
