Greenwood Brewing – Part-Time Bartender
Location: Greenwood Brewing DTPHX, 922 N 5th St. Phoenix, Arizona 85004
Schedule: 1–2 shifts per week including one weeknight and/or weekend

Greenwood Brewing is a woman-owned, self-funded craft brewery built on community, quality, and collaboration. We started in a garage and grew into a Downtown Phoenix brewery and beer garden where we focus on creating thoughtful, welcoming experiences for every guest.

We are looking for a Part-Time Bartender who wants to be part of something meaningful and who takes ownership of their role within a growing Arizona craft brand.
The Role:
As a Greenwood Bartender, you are the face of our brand. You create the experience.
You Will:

Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and efficient service

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized taproom

Manage taps, kegs, and CO₂ systems

Assist with inventory, ordering, scheduling support, and vendor coordination

Support daily operations so the taproom runs smoothly.
Every bartender at Greenwood is expected to understand our beer, communicate our story, and contribute to a positive, team-first environment.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred

Strong communication skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Dependable and punctual

Comfortable with physical brewery demands:

Lift 55 lbs / move 165 lbs

Stand for long periods

Work in hot, wet environments

Safely handle cleaning chemicals
