The Part-Time Bartender is a hands-on, guest-facing role at Greenwood Brewing focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
This role is primarily behind the bar and on the floor, engaging with guests, serving beer, and helping ensure the taproom runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone who loves hospitality, takes pride in their work, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do
Guest Experience & Service (Primary Focus)
- Bartend and serve guests with a high level of hospitality and energy
- Move throughout the space — bar, tables, and patio — ensuring all guests are taken care of
- Create a welcoming, elevated, and memorable Greenwood experience
- Educate guests on beer, merch, and offerings in a natural, engaging way
Taproom Support
- Help keep service flowing smoothly during busy periods
- Support teammates and step in wherever needed (bar, floor, glassware, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall taproom presentation
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Help monitor inventory levels (beer, merch, supplies)
- Support daily operational tasks like restocking, keg changes, and POS updates
Sales & Guest Engagement
- Support taproom sales through strong product knowledge and upselling
- Create moments that drive repeat visits and guest loyalty
- Contribute to the energy and success of events, releases, and busy weekends
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality experience (bartending strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, move kegs, and perform physical front-of-house tasks
- Passion for craft beer and Greenwood’s mission
- Weekend availability is required, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during peak taproom hours
