• Crow Dairy – Fresh Chèvre, served with a cracker and either fig jam or honey, paired with Mango Lassi Nitro Cream Ale
• Jasper Hill Farms – Moses Sleeper, served as is, paired with Herstory Pale Ale
• Jason Wiebe – Cottonwood River Reserve Raw Cheddar, served as is, paired with Rotational Gose (Sour)
• Rogue Creamery – Oregon Blue, served as is, paired with First Love Belgian Tripel
